a. Refunds: As software development services are highly customized and involve substantial resources and effort, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. b. Cancellations: Should you decide to cancel your software development project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid for in full.
2. Press Release Distribution Services
a. Refunds: We do not provide refunds for press release distribution services once the distribution process has started. Our team initiates distribution immediately after receiving your approval, and as such, we are unable to retrieve or cancel the distribution once it is in progress.
b. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your press release distribution, please inform us in writing before the distribution process begins. Cancellations made after the distribution process has started will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Other IT Services
a. Refunds: Refund eligibility for other IT services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe that the service provided does not meet your expectations or if there are substantial issues with the deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion.
